New Jersey Waterfalls

Northern New Jersey has many waterfalls. Mostly under 25 feet and many of them cascades, they are, never the less, very enjoyable. Old timers remember northern New Jersey as a floral wonderland. In fact, New Jersey got the name "the Garden State' because of all the truck farms which supplied the city folk in New York City. Now, except for the extreme northwestern area, northern New Jersey is almost wall to wall houses, commercial buildings and industrial parks. Which makes the waterfalls so much more important to those of us wishing for a respite from the noise, smell and sight of our new world - at least for a few moments.
